VoiceSync Privacy Policy

VoiceSync is developed by WaveTech Talent. This Privacy Policy explains how VoiceSync handles information when you use the app.
## Summary
VoiceSync is designed to keep your projects, recordings, imported media, edits, and exports on your device. Core recording, editing, preview, and export work without a backend.
We do not sell your data, use advertising identifiers, or track you across apps or websites.
## Information We Do Not Upload
VoiceSync does not upload:
- Your audio recordings
- Your videos
- Your imported files
- Your exported videos
- Your photos
- Camera or microphone content
- Transcripts or spoken content
- File names or local file paths from your media
- Contacts
- Location
- Advertising identifiers
## Camera and Microphone Access
VoiceSync requests camera and microphone access so you can record video clips, record voiceovers, and create synced video projects.
Camera and microphone content is processed locally on your device. We do not receive or store your recordings on our servers.
## Photos, Files, and Imported Media
VoiceSync may let you import audio, video, images, or LUT files from your device, and may let you save finished videos to your Photos library.
Imported files and exported videos remain on your device unless you choose to share, upload, back up, or export them using Apple services or other apps outside of VoiceSync.
## Local Storage
VoiceSync stores project data, drafts, recordings, cached waveforms, app preferences, and editing settings locally on your device.
This local data is used only to make the app function, such as reopening projects, restoring settings, editing timelines, and exporting finished videos.
## Anonymous Diagnostics
VoiceSync includes an optional setting called Share Anonymous Diagnostics. This setting is off by default.
If you turn it on, VoiceSync may send anonymous usage events and sanitized diagnostic information to help us understand app reliability, recording failures, preview failures, export failures, and crashes.
Anonymous diagnostics may include:
- App version
- Build number
- Device model family
- iOS version
- Anonymous session identifiers
- Workflow or screen category
- Event names
- Timing buckets
- Sanitized error domain and error code information
Anonymous diagnostics do not include your audio, video, imported files, exported videos, transcripts, file names, local file paths, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers.
You can turn Share Anonymous Diagnostics on or off in VoiceSync Settings.
## Bug Reports
If you choose to submit a bug report, VoiceSync sends the message you type and any optional email address you provide.
Bug reports may also include:
- App version
- Build number
- Device model family
- iOS version
- Interface idiom, such as phone or tablet
- Other sanitized diagnostic context
Bug reports are used only to respond to support requests, debug problems, and improve VoiceSync.
VoiceSync does not attach your audio, videos, imported media, exported videos, or transcripts to bug reports unless a future feature asks you to explicitly choose and attach media.
## Third-Party Services
VoiceSync may use Supabase to receive anonymous app events and bug reports.
VoiceSync may use Sentry to receive crash and error diagnostics when Share Anonymous Diagnostics is enabled.
These services are used for app functionality, support, diagnostics, and reliability. They are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
## Support
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic details.
We use this information only to respond to your request and improve the app.

## Children’s Privacy
VoiceSync is not intended to collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request or bug report, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
## Data Security
VoiceSync is designed so your projects and media remain on your device.
You are responsible for managing your own device security, backups, and sharing choices. We use reasonable safeguards for information submitted through diagnostics, bug reports, and support requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
