# VoiceSync Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of VoiceSync, an app developed by WaveTech Talent.
By using VoiceSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
## 1. Use of the App
VoiceSync helps users record, edit, sync, and export video and audio projects.
You are responsible for how you use the app and for any content you create, import, record, edit, export, publish, or share.
## 2. Your Content
You retain ownership of the videos, audio, images, LUTs, and other files you create or import into VoiceSync.
VoiceSync does not claim ownership of your content.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights, permissions, and licenses needed for any content you use, including music, audio recordings, video clips, images, voices, brand materials, and other media.
## 3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use VoiceSync to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Create, edit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or non-consensual content
- Misrepresent content in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app
## 4. Local Projects and Data
VoiceSync is designed to store projects and media locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own projects, recordings, exports, and files.
WaveTech Talent is not responsible for lost projects, deleted files, failed exports, device issues, storage limitations, or data loss.
## 5. App Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of VoiceSync at any time.
We may add, change, or remove features as the app evolves.
## 6. No Professional Advice
VoiceSync is a creative tool. It does not provide legal, business, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing your content and determining whether it is appropriate to publish or share.
## 7. Third-Party Services
Your device, operating system, App Store, cloud backups, websites, social platforms, and other apps may have their own terms and privacy practices.
WaveTech Talent is not responsible for third-party services or platforms.
## 8. Disclaimer
VoiceSync is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose.
## 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveTech Talent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, profits, business, or opportunities arising from your use of VoiceSync.
## 10. Termination
You may stop using VoiceSync at any time.
We may restrict or discontinue access to the app or related services if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required by law.
## 11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
Your continued use of VoiceSync after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
